PROJECT OVERVIEW
Originating from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, MINIMA is an alternative music project with a strong focus on conceptual storytelling and emotional authenticity. The project is built as a world, where music, image and live experience are developed together.
Its work explores awareness, of the self, of others, and of what connects them. Everything it makes is built around the “I”, the self, and what emotional baggage it carries within the world.

ECLIPSE
CORE CONCEPT
ECLIPSE examines the tension between inner experience, relationships, and the external world. The record captures a moment where instinct, social pressure, and personal illusion intersect.
Each track engages with themes of dependency, emotional vulnerability, identity unrest, and the conflict between desire and reality, intentionally avoiding definitive conclusions to allow personal interpretation.

CAPTURING THE LIVE IDENTITY
LIVE SESSION
CONTEXT
The session was recorded in a single overnight run, from 8 PM to 6 AM, with a full production team: three videographers operating six cameras, a photographer, two light designers, and a sound engineer.
The goal was to capture what a MINIMA show looks and feels like, bringing sound, light, and performance together in one room.
Three tracks were recorded. One is included here. The remaining pieces of the session will be released after the second single.

VISUAL IDENTITY
The visual identity of MINIMA developed over two years through continuous work rather than advance planning. Each shoot, each piece, and each session shaped the look of the project, and the elements that stayed consistent became the foundation.
The photoshoots came first and established the core visual language: tone, contrast, and the balance between what a frame reveals and what it holds back. The visualizers expanded this into motion, creating a piece for every song. The live session brought everything together in a single room, where the full identity stood in one place for the first time.
Each stage marked a turning point and influenced what followed. What you see here is a glimpse into those moments.
